It’s a dry, full-bodied red wine, obtained from the Cannonau vines of Oliena. Its colour is a deep ruby red, with orange tones. The bouquet is strong and persistent, typical of the Cannonau vines.It offers a warm and well-balanced flavour. It’s ideal to be served with fat grilled meat, or matured Pecorino cheese. Keep the bottle horizontally, for 2-3 years before serving: it gets better with ageing. Serve the wine at a temperature of 18°C: unkork one hour prior to the meal.
