D.O.C.G. Wine Piedmontese, made from white Moscato grapes. It has a golden straw yellow color tending to lively.
It has a fine, characteristic, delicate aroma, with a fruity aroma reminiscent of peach and ripe apricot. It tastes light, gentle, fresh, sweet and very fruity.
Lightly sparkling wine typical of southern Piedmont produced in the provinces of Asti, Alessandria and Cuneo (Monferrato, Langhe). The grape harvest is entirely manual from the end of August to mid-September.
Ideal companion for desserts, desserts, fruit, dry pastries, hazelnut cake, panettone, dove and is also used for the preparation of zabaglione. Thanks to the low alcohol content it is suitable for all moments of celebration and relaxation.
Store in a cool and dry place away from light. Serve young and fresh (8-10 ° C) in flutes.
