General information The wine has an elegant straw-yellow colour, typical of the Chardonnais vines, and a soft bouquet with a hint of fruits like golden apples and banana. The flavour offers a fresh taste of mint and liquorice. Methods of production The harvesting is made manually . The grapes are taken to the cellar and pressed softly. The must produced is then kept to ferment in steel tanks at a temperature of 18°C; and, finally, left in the same containers to mature at 12°C. At last, after 2 months in the bottle, the wine is ready for sale!!!
