The fruit was hand harvested from 8th to 20th September. Fermented in a pressure tank under temperature control using R2 yeast. The fermentation was stopped by chilling and filtration to retain the luscious natural sweetness. Powerful aromas of honey, flowers and fresh grapes. Lively, playful bubbles, with a balanced sweetness and intense citrus notes. The finish is clean with a refreshing acidity. alc. 7.5% by vol.
